Precision starts on the factory floor. Our Bengaluru facility has 65,000 sq ft of production area and 10,000 sq ft of office space, with machinery from IMA and Homag, Germany.

Short cutting cycles allow smaller batches, so more orders are completed in less time.
Edge-banding machines
They glue and finish different edging materials, lengthwise and across, on a wide range of thicknesses. You get the thickness you want, with edges that match in colour.

3D design-to-machine software
Designs go straight to our machines through 3D software. Production is faster and designs are precise.

Surfaces and edges are finished so that products are ready to fit on site.
- High-quality adhesives give almost invisible glue lines and high heat and moisture resistance.
- Thermo Structured boards are bonded with polyurethane glue for a clean finish.
- Cut edges are PUR-bonded and cleaned by hand, so they are clean, rounded and heat resistant.
- Solid wood shutters get a water-coating treatment that keeps them bright and stops yellowing.
- The European boards we import are made with modern, environmentally responsible production.
